I’ve been designing digital products and services since 2005. I began in graphic design and moved into UX design and research after earning a Master of Design from Carnegie Mellon University in 2011.
Since then, I’ve led product design teams in multiple startups and enterprise software companies, including Citrix, Trustpilot, and Splunk. My teams have enhanced B2B software for developers and tech specialists, redesigned websites that increased sales leads 3x, and co-created a completely new SaaS platform from scratch.
These days, I provide user research services, facilitate workshops, teach classes, and coach designers through my company Bay Bridge UX.
I also speak at conferences and meetups on topics including Product Discovery and Psychological Safety, and write articles about product discovery, psychological safety, designer leadership and other topics.
